Fra problemer til løsninger

Hvordan skaber vi arbejdspladser, hvor mennesker trives, udvikles og kan gå hjem med overskud i stedet for stress? Det er det centrale spørgsmål i mit foredrag.

Foredraget handler ikke kun om det, der går galt. Det handler i høj grad om, hvad vi kan gøre anderledes. Mit fokus handler ikke om skyld. Mit fokus er på forebyggelse, holdbare løsninger og bæredygtige handlinger.

Min historie er personlig — men problemet er fælles

Jeg tager udgangspunkt i min egen historie om det at have været udsat for social chikane (voksenmobning) fra kollegaer, ledelse, fagforening og a-kasse i over to år, men den er samtidig et eksempel på et meget større problem.

Jeg fjerner derfor også blikket væk fra individet og retter det mod vores samfund og systemet. Et system, som desværre svigter gang på gang. Jeg taler også ind i, hvad vi selv kan gøre, og hvad der skal ændres i de forskellige systemer og instanser for at få vendt skuden til arbejdspladser med høj trivsel.

Ansvar og løsninger skal også op på et politisk niveau

For mig handler det derfor ikke kun om at løse problemerne på den enkelte arbejdsplads. Det handler også om at skabe en politisk retning, hvor trivsel, arbejdsmiljø og menneskers mulighed for at have et godt arbejdsliv er i højsædet.

Trivsel er ikke bare noget, vi skal tale om – det er noget, vi skal skabe, styrke og sikre. Derfor må vi ikke springe modet over, men turde handle på den viden, vi har.

Målrettet viden til fremtidens arbejdspladser

Mit mål er at skabe refleksion, dialog og indsigt – og at omsætte viden til handling. Derfor giver jeg både medarbejdere og ledelse konkrete, meningsfulde værktøjer, der gør trivsel til en naturlig del af hverdagen og en varig del af arbejdspladsens kultur.Jeg skræddersyr altid mit foredrag til deltagerne, og det henvender sig derfor til både ledere, medarbejdere, arbejdsmiljøorganisationer, fagforeninger, uddannelsesinstitutioner, politikere og alle andre, der ønsker at skabe gode og sunde arbejdspladser.

For jeg ved med sikkerhed, at vi ikke redder os selv – vi redder hinanden. Vi hører sammen og hører til. Arbejdslivet skal være trygt, og dårlige arbejdsmiljøer skal høre fortiden til – ikke fremtiden.

How long we retain your data
